The training series provided to our staff by the Renaissance team was top notch. Our employees participated in a number of sessions, to include cultural proficiency, implicit bias, and introduction to the LGBTQ + community. Their instructors presented the material in a manner that was not over the top, but rather put participants at ease with the various topics. Their approach facilitated the participant’s learning process and led to a better understanding of the material. In addition, their staff used real life experiences which helped the audience relate to the discussion.
