Renaissance Community & Public Relations, LLC was founded in 2017 to help organizations strengthen their workforce, leadership, and public presence. We offer consulting, climate assessments, and hands-on training programs tailored to areas like leadership development, recruitment and retention, and small and minority business development.
 

In addition to serving clients across the private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, Renaissance now plays a leading role in workforce reintegration efforts. We help employers develop practical models to hire, train, and support returning citizens and individuals reentering the workforce.
